Child Safety & Protection Policy

Last Revised: October 2026

1. Objective & Scope

The objective of this policy is to guarantee a loving, compassionate Islamic learning environment for all young children and teenage students enrolled at Markazus Suffah Bangladesh, prioritizing their emotional well-being, physical safety, and wholesome moral upbringing alongside academic religious instruction.

2. Continuous Parental Involvement

  • Direct private phone calls between teachers and child students are strictly prohibited; all official communication is conducted exclusively via registered parental contact numbers.
  • Parents are warmly encouraged to sit alongside their children and observe daily online class sessions.

3. Teacher Selection & Code of Conduct

All our male and female teachers are practicing, pious, and trained in child-friendly pedagogical methodologies. Shaming, undue psychological pressure, verbal reprimands, or harsh behavior are strictly forbidden across all classes.

4. Grievance & Direct Escalation

If any parent has any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding their child's education or pedagogical environment, they are welcome to directly reach out to the Director of the Madrasah, Shaykh Muhammad Ahsanullah, via direct call or scheduled consultation.
